Alcon Anti-Spatter Spray (Silicone-Free&Non-Combustible)
Since it contains non-combustible raw materials and non-combustible propellant (CO2), it is used safely in welding process. Prevents the burrs and slag formed during the welding process from sticking to the torch tip, nozzle and welding surface, facilitating the output of the welding wire and helps to weld fluently. Thanks to its silicone-free formulation, it is also used on surfaces to be painted after welding. It is used without any problem in all gas welding in wide temperature ranges. In this way, it prevents darkening on the surface and prevents the accumulation of burr and slag and their adhesion to the surface. Forms a durable film. It has a colorless and clean formulation. Can be successfully used on chrome plated, galvanized and painted surfaces.

Read the caution part on the package before application. Before application, shake the can 15-20 times . Hold the can 15-20 cm far away from the application surface and after that spray directly. Spatter can be wiped off with a cloth or by tapping the nozzle on the side of the bench.
The product suitable for; nozzles and shrouds, torches, work pieces and parts, jigs, fixtures, automatic and semi-automatic welding, welding robots.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use gloves before application.
Keep out of freezing, direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C.
Apply in well-ventilated areas.
Do not breathe vapor.
Do not smoke.
