    Preparation of the bonding material:<\/strong>
    The surfaces should be clean from water, oil, rust and dirt. If the surface was glossy, the surface should be roughened with sand paper and files.
    Application:<\/strong>
    Given in two components of ALCON BR metal bond;
    Bronze colored putty as volume 3 scales (as weight 9 units) white colored hardener as volume 1 scale (as weight 1 unit) thoroughly mixed, spread on both sides of the bonding parts and combined carefully. Wait until it becomes harden.
    Hardening:<\/strong>
    At room temperature 25-30\u00b0C takes 4-6 hours. If you are prompted early hardening, pasted parts in a flamless heating at 70-90\u00b0C, the desired result can be achieved in 2-3 hours.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
