With this product, which is filled with epoxy and dense aluminum, it is possible to make model, mold and prototype and cast aluminum light parts. Preparation the bonding material:<\/strong>
The surface should be cleaned from water, oil, rust and dirt. If the surface is glossy. It should be roughened with sandpaper and file.
Application:<\/strong>
Given in two components of ALCON F-2 aluminium metal bond;
Aluminium colored liquid resin by volume 4 scales are (by weight 9 units), hardening of components by volume 1 scale is (by weight 1 unit). Throughly mixed, spread on both sides of the bonding parts and compound the parts carefully. Wan’t until, it becomes harden.
Hardening:<\/strong>
At room temperature 25-30\u00b0C takes 4-6 hours. If you are prompted early hardening pasted parts in a flameless heating at 70-90\u00b0C. The desired result can be achieved in 2-3 hours.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
