ALCON WR2 It is a ceramic filled epoxy putty used in applications requiring a smooth and low friction surface. It is especially used for the repair of conveyors, guide rails, flange surfaces, valve bodies and seats and for repair of casting and mold defects. It is a ceramic filled epoxy which is preferred in applications requiring a smooth and low friction surface. It can also be used to prevent corrosion on metal surfaces exposed to high abrasion. It can function as a wear-resistant substrate. Metal-filled Epoxies offer high engineering solutions for machinery and industrial plants.
- Rebuilds and protects interfacing metal surfaces that are subjected to wear
- Repairs metals and concrete
- Protects metal from bi-metallic corrosion
