Preparation of the bonding material:
The surfaces should be clean from water, oil, rust and dirt. If the surface was glossy, the surface should be roughened with sand paper and files.
Application:
Given in two components of ALCON BR metal bond;
Bronze colored putty as volume 3 scales (as weight 9 units) white colored hardener as volume 1 scale (as weight 1 unit) thoroughly mixed, spread on both sides of the bonding parts and combined carefully. Wait until it becomes harden.
Hardening:
At room temperature 25-30°C takes 4-6 hours. If you are prompted early hardening, pasted parts in a flamless heating at 70-90°C, the desired result can be achieved in 2-3 hours.
