With this product, which is filled with epoxy and dense aluminum, it is possible to make model, mold and prototype and cast aluminum light parts. The most precise details can be obtained in making mould. In repair works, it infiltrates into the finest gaps of materials and makes filling. It integrates with applied materials without shrinking. Fractures, casting cavities and corroded areas can be filled and leveled. After the material is hardened, the lathe can be leveled. It is very suitable for practical use.
After hardening, ALCON F-2 is resistant to fuels, water, oil, vibration and a certain degree of heat.

Preparation of the bonding material:
The surface should be from water, oil, rust and dirt. If the surface is glossy the surface should be roughened with sandpaper and iles.
Application:
Given in two jars of ALCON SF metal bond ;
Black colored putty as volume 1 scale (as weight 1,7 units) is White colored hardener as volume 1 scale (as weight 1 unit) is thoroughly mixed, spread on both sides of the bonding parts, and combined carefully. Wait until it becomes harden.
Hardening:
At room temperature 25-30°C takes 5 minutes
All metal surface, filing, sealing, coating and is suitable for finishing parts.
Keep under lock and key and out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with skin
Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek contact with eyes.
After contact with skin wash immediately with soap and water.
Suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye / face protection.
